Some of the most powerful work happens in community. WildRise offers group somatic integration workshops for organizations, ERGs, wellness teams, and communities ready to explore embodied change together.
Every workshop is shaped around what your group actually needs. Pre-developed workshops cover what organizations are navigating right now: burnout and nervous system recovery, stress regulation under pressure, building belonging and psychological safety, team cohesion, and somatic tools for resilience.
Workshops are available in the Maryland, DC, and Virginia area. For organizations and communities outside the region, I travel. Reach out for custom pricing.
